Self Care Presentation. Join us as presenter Gary Rasmussen, from the National Alliance on Mental Illness, helps us recognize the importance of self care. Gary holds a master’s degree in Psychology and has years of experience in community mental health services. He will share ways that we may protect and promote our physical and mental health. Strategies will be discussed on how to manage anxiety, frustrations, anger, sadness and burnout. Please join us for this insightful and helpful presentation. We anticipate the presentation to be about an hour so please grab your donut and coffee and meet us in Grace Hall 1 right after worship.
