Centering Prayer consists of building spiritual muscle through the letting go of thoughts and feelings so as to be fully present before God.

This Centering Prayer group continues to meet via Zoom, and we have regular participants from Winterset, Altoona, Johnston and Urbandale. To join please contact [email protected] .
