All Church VBS begins Sunday, May 16

All Church VBS! We will be focusing on the Parable of the Sower.

We look forward to Sundays May 16, 23, and 30 where we will sprinkle the message in worship, and with additional opportunities after the outdoor worship. As mentioned in the May Friendly Visitor, bring something you would otherwise recycle – a plastic jug, a yogurt or sour cream or other carton, a plastic or paper bag, a magazine or carton – anything cardboard, paper or plastic. No glass please!

On Wednesday evenings May 19, 26, and June 2, we will plan short in person opportunities outside and distanced, but together!

A mailing with a journal and more details has been sent to each household. Follow along with us. In case of rain, our volunteers will be posting videos on our Facebook page private group “Abiding Grace” sharing their activities. We’ll be able to post links to these videos on the website news section.

Sunday, May 16– Seed identification & Compost recipe – please bring a covered container such as an empty ice cream bucket or milk jug.

Wednesday, May 19- Planting and watering in Grace Garden

We’re sow excited to be planting these seeds together!

If there is a weather issue (can we have a nice Sunday please?) The VBS message will still happen during worship and we’ll move the activity to another day.
