Congregational Assessment

During the next month, the Congregational Staff and Council will be contacting households within our community of faith.  The point of this contact is to check in with everyone and gather information about comfort level.  Please consider the following questions, as well as think of information you would like us to know.

Which of the following best describes when you would feel comfortable returning to worship?

A Vaccine for the COVID-19 virus is available to the general public

Masks and social distancing between worshippers is required

Based on Polk County Risk Level (see details in the Health and Safety Update on page 6)
