Lectio Divina Presentation

We welcome facilitator Tim Goldman, Contemplative Outreach of Central Iowa board member and member of St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church, as he teaches about Lectio Divina. A meditative practice, Lectio Divina, is a traditional way of cultivating friendship with the Holy Spirit. It is a way of listening to the texts of scripture as if we were in conversation with the Spirit. We listen with the “ear of the heart.” The roots of Lectio Divina go back to St. Ambrose and St. Augustine in the 3rd Century.

Active Grace kids Grace Hall 2: We will celebrate all that we have learned and done for the homebound and for pets.

6-12th Graders We continue to meet in the high school youth room each week, coffee, cocoa and treats provided. I hope you will come whenever you are able as we grow in faith and community together.
