Grace Mission Action Fund Outreach Project!
On April 30th, our monthly outreach project will be an extension of our food outreach program. We will turn our focus outwards to reach even more neighbors as we work together to fill up every single Little Food Pantry in the Merle Hay and Beaverdale neighborhoods! On the day of the event, we will have a few stations where “packs” will be created to bring to each pantry. Then, we will divide up into teams, with each team delivering to three local Little Food Pantries. Throughout the event, each team will have a trivia game to complete and turn in after your deliveries are made. (Huge bragging rights are at stake here. Huge.)
Here’s what we need to make the day a success: Seven people to volunteer to lead a team. Please email [email protected] to sign up. As a lead, here are the responsibilities:
- Ensure you have a map of your three pantries and have shared the locations with your team (carpooling is suggested, though not required)
- Ensure your team has all the food for your three assigned pantries. Drop off food.
- You or someone on your team take a photo at each Little Food Pantry and email/text them to Vicar Bunny.
- Complete the trivia sheet with your team and turn it back in after deliveries have been made.
On the day of the event, we ask everyone to attend, help create the “packs” and work with a team to deliver food to these pantries! Many hands will make easy work with this highly meaningful ministry.

Help The Garden Grow
Our gardeners are looking to collect 80 milk jugs to help with irrigation. Please bring gallon sized, rinsed milk jugs to the box in the entryway. We will cut them for use as a part of our service project hour on April 30th. Thanks in advance!
