Is your garden overflowing? Leaving on vacation?
Place your extra produce in the Little Free Pantry at Grace or to one of the pantries in front of any of several local schools. Shelf stable items such as bread can be left in the Little Free Pantry too!
Items that require refrigeration, or that may wilt in hot weather (lettuce, herbs), consider donating to one of the nearby Community Fridges:
- 5720 Urbandale Ave (St Andrew’s Church)
- Franklin Library, 5000 Franklin Avenue, just inside the main entrance.
