September 7, Help us fill the neighborhood Free Food Pantries

September 7 is God’s Work Our Hands Day!
Right after worship, we will head up to Grace Hall. The team will have the needed supplies already set up, and will have directions for everyone who is driving/filling the pantries.

Filling the Pantries:

We have enough drivers signed up, – if you want to participate in filling the pantries, just show up and we’ll let you know who is driving so you can hop in a car to help with delivery! We’ll make sure every team has enough help.

Help set up for the congregational lunch:
Those who are planning to help with set-up will also meet in Grace Hall with Vicar Lotegeluaki.
Grace will be providing grilled burgers and hot dogs, cups, plates, and napkins.
We’ll need help setting everything out, including drinks, serving utensils, and the side dishes, salads, and desserts provided by Grace Members.

There will also be an ice cream truck in the parking lot for you to purchase pre-packaged treats, with proceeds from sales going to the Little Free Pantry at Grace.

If you can help stay to clean up at the end, we would appreciate that! It shouldn’t take long!
