Seven Sacred Pauses, hosted by Being New and Contemplative Outreach of Central Iowa

Good Friday, April 3, in the Upper Room

We will share in 20-minute silent prayer pauses at 8:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., noon, 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m., and 6:00 p.m. Come at the times that work for you or come for all.
