Sundays mornings at Grace

Weekly, year-round

Preparation for Worship weekly, Sunday mornings 8:30 – 9:00 a.m. in the Upper Room

Starting with a prayer, they follow with a short Centering-Prayer sit, and a reflective reading of the lyrics for one of the day’s hymns. The practice ends with the chanting of a Psalm before heading down to the Sanctuary for worship at 9 a.m.

Enjoy Coffee, juice, donut holes, and fellowship in the Gathering Hall immediately following worship.

 

Education Opportunities, September – mid-May

Easter Sunday, April 20

Classes will not meet on Easter. Instead, join us for breakfast in Grace Hall between 7 and 10 a.m.

 

Sunday, April 27

• Flood-Bucket packing, an All-Ages Service Project: We will all meet in Grace Hall to pack Flood Cleanup Buckets, to be distributed in the event of a major weather emergency.
• New Member Class: Meet Pastor Mike in the office at 10:15 a.m.

 

Sunday, May 4 and May 11

• Adults and Middle/High School students meet in Grace Hall, and are currently studying the Book of Acts.
• Elementary Sunday School. Meet in the Sunday School room across from the elevator on the office level.

 

Sunday, May 18 – Celebration Sunday

We will all meet in Grace Hall after worship, to celebrate the end of the programmatic year, and to say goodbye to Vicar Jesse. Bring your favorite dessert to share. We will provide the coffee and juice!
